We are committed to ensuring your cider or vinegar experience is as enjoyable as possible and this includes an easy, hassle free delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your ciders, please talk to us on +61 (0)407 232 649.

  1. Delivery Policy

The Denmark Heritage Cider Company customers are from all around Australia and we try to make sure that wherever you are, the best possible delivery service is available to get your Ciders to you quickly and easily.

2. Delivery Charges

We are based in remote rural Western Australia and do not have access to nationwide low cost courier services. We rely on Australia Post wine delivery services. Postage rates can vary considerably and become prohibitive for many postcodes. In the case of excessive postage costs, we will contact the purchaser and offer a competitive discounted delivery supplement that will depend on the value of the order.

Unfortunately our website does not yet offer the ability to automatically charge by postcode at checkout.

3. Our Delivery Carriers

Currently The Denmark Heritage Cider Company uses Australia Post to deliver to all States and Territories.

4. Our Telephone Trading Service Hours

Between 9:00am and 5:00pm Mon-Fri WST.

5. Where, How & When do we deliver?

The Denmark Heritage Cider Company can deliver goods to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters. (Subject to rates described in [2] above). If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please talk to us on +61 (0)407 232 649.

All rural Australia Post deliveries will be left at the local Post Office. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking of your cider, we prefer that where possible you provide an address where you will be available to sign for receipt upon delivery during normal business hours.

Delivery times are outwith our control, relying on Australia Post. If orders have not arrived within seven full working days after notification of shipment and tracking by Australia Post, please contact us on +61 (0)407 232 649.

6. Calling Cards

Occasionally our delivery carriers may leave your goods at the local Post Office or an arranged pick up site if they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post may leave a Calling Card or contact you via SMS or email. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of this contact, they will contact The Denmark Heritage Cider Company to clarify further action. Please note – Cider cannot be delivered to persons under the age of 18

7. Returns Policy

All goods delivered to you by The Denmark Heritage Cider Company are covered by our Quality and Value Guarantee.

The Denmark Heritage Cider Company accept returns from our Customers provided the following guidelines are met.

The Customer must contact The Denmark Heritage Cider Company within 30 days of the delivery and supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to collect the goods. The goods must be in good order and have the order details on the outside of the carton. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to The Denmark Heritage Cider Company, the nominated Customer’s account will be credited.
