APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

(Raw and Unfiltered - With the "Mother")

 
​We produce the only Apple Cider Vinegar in Australia, that is made using REAL CIDER APPLES. Our windfall apples and our cold pressed apples yield richly flavoured vinegars that are good enough to drink neat.
Our initial release of "Windfall" and "Cold Press" Apple Cider Vinegar sold out quickly. We listened to some of our customers who wanted smaller bottles, and now have 375 ml and 750 ml sizes available. 
Great to use as a tonic, in traditional remedies, as a dressing, or in cooking.
WINDFALL APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
This fruity rich vinegar is made from our windfall cider apples, picked up daily close to harvest.
 
Blended with a little Denmark rainwater, raw sugar, and then fully fermented using the natural yeasts on the apple skins, before aeration and the natural conversion to vinegar. The mother develops naturally during the vinegar making process.
This deliciously rich and smooth vinegar is our best seller for a daily tonic, but also tastes great on seafood, or use as a salad dressing, or anywhere you need a fruity vinegar.

COLD PRESS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
This sharp, apple flavoured vinegar is made using pressed cider apples recovered from the cold press.
 
Blended with a little Denmark rainwater, raw sugar and then fully fermented using the natural yeasts on the apple skins, before aeration and the natural conversion to vinegar. An intense mother developes in this brew, imparting a savoury twist to the intense apple flavours.
This deliciously vinegar is ideal for salad dressing, seafood, cooking, or can be used as a tonic or in natural remedies.
